After looking over some replies, I decided: DoccocaubaiCAN and DoCheonnGong are both admins.
I hope all of you can improve the wiki so that it can catch up with others.
Due to disable forum, I will create a new vote in "Discussion" section.
*Since the user DoCheonGong is a great contributor and adds revelant infos especially in Quests and uploading pics, I purpose the promotion of user DoCheonGong as rollback or content moderator perhaps administrator. And he has also experimented user for managing the wiki.
